No, there are a couple of options for beginners. I highly recommend starting with Lesson Mahjong 101 and then practicing your skills with Open Play Beginner Player.

I would start with Open Play: Beginner Player and get guided help throughout the Open Play. Then consider taking Lesson Mahjong 102 to help with strategy.

Just bring yourself and your card as we will provide tiles, mats, and racks. Feel free to bring snacks, have Uber Eats/Door Dash delivered, grab a coffee at our neighbor Red Light Roastery, or BYOB.

Yes, we have ample lit parking directly in front of our facility.

Yes, there is wheelchair access at the right end of the sidewalk or just 1 step up the curb from the parking lot.

The more the merrier. You can each sign up for a Lesson or Open Play and Leagues are coming soon. You can also rent the space for a private Mahjong party. But the best way to have more friends is just to come and join and make new friends along the way!!
